DISCLAIMER, WARNING, AND ADVICE:
This offer is not a guarantee to put your business on the front page of Google,
Yahoo or MSN, even though we have achieved that for the majority of our SEO
clients (and even for ourselves--search "Federal Way WA web design" on Google and see what you get!), nor are we guaranteeing any specific search engine placement. What we
are offering is to perform the labor that is necessary for the basic
optimization of a web site for the search engines. Whether or not these efforts
result in high search engine placement ultimately depends on Google, Yahoo and
MSN. The search engines NEVER release the information on how to get a front page
listing "organically." You can pay to be placed on the front pages by purchasing
sponsored listings, usually for much more than the price we charge for this
service, and many companies do offer to do this for you (if they are charging
you a high monthly fee, you know this is how they are getting you placed--and
quite honestly, you could do it yourself by going to any one of these sites
advertising departments and opening an account, and save the fee these
"guaranteed placement" companies charge). Since they don't release this
information, there is no way for any company to possibly guarantee a front page
Google listing for anybody. But, organic listings provide better traffic, and
the results last much longer (paid listings end as soon as you stop paying).
Organic listings based on a well-optimized, search engine friendly site bring in
quality leads that convert to sales.

This initiative is
comprised of a three-fold approach to improving local search visibility and
results:
1. Proactively manage business profile
data.
2. Optimize Web pages for local queries.
3. Increase local Web site popularity (in-bound links).
We expand on these concepts below.
1. Proactively manage business profile data. Business
data providers were around before the
Internet boom. The huge databases of consumer and business information that
these companies manage feed search engines, Internet Yellow Pages (IYPs), and
other Web sites. Your business must not only be listed in these databases, you
must make sure your business profile data is complete and accurate. Your stored
data may include business name, address, phone number, description, business
category, and other operational information.
2. Optimize
Web pages for local queries. While local SEO follows the same basic Web site optimization principles
as optimization for global search (keyword research; developing relevant
content; writing unique, compelling page titles and meta tags; implementing
search-friendly navigation; and building link popularity), we have to give
concerted thought to how local people search, and to what specific regional
colloquialisms, words, and phrases may be used by your target market. For local
Web sites, two of the most important optimization steps are incorporating local
phrases and properly using contact information throughout the site. Now, we
must make sure these are included in page copy, page titles, meta tags,
navigational links, and other key places.
3. Increase local Web site popularity. Web site
popularity involves building in-bound links from important, authoritative
sites, such as chambers of commerce, industry verticals, and local professional
organizations. In-bound site links are critically important to improve local
search visibility and results.
As with any SEO effort,
these links are more about quality than quantity. If you belong to a chamber of
commerce, local business association, or professional organization, we can
request a link from them to your site. These organizations tend to have
authoritative and popular Web sites and will typically link to you at no cost
or for a nominal fee. Some may allow us to provide suggested text associated
with the link and include your target keyword phrases. We will also research
other local/vertical online directories or portals that are relevant to your
business, and that are desirable enough (i.e., authoritative enough) for us to
request links from.

Baseline Research — $375.00
Baseline Ranking
Using in-depth reporting
technologies we provide a clear picture of your current organic rankings in the
search engines. This includes positions on search engines such as Google,
Yahoo! and MSN. We also determine your current link popularity and search
engine saturation. This report is used as a comparison tool to measure the
effectiveness of our efforts and to gain insight about your existing search
engine visibility. Results will be uploaded to your Web hosting server.
Structural Analysis
We uncover any issues with
internal linking or structural issues that may inhibit ranking and produce
recommendations for efficient restructuring.
Web Page Optimization Analysis
We look at the source code
of your web pages to see what may be missing, what may be done incorrectly, and
what could stand to see some improvement. This is a detailed analysis of your
top 5 pages, examining over 90 factors. Everything is scored and based on what
search engines and visitors see when they come to your site.

We identify keyword phrases
likely to be used by potential visitors. This list begins with keyword phrases
suggested by you, and then we use numerous avenues of research from mainstream
to niches, as well as competition research, and provide you with a full report.
No matter who does your SEO, all successful efforts begin with identifying the
right keywords—optimize your Web pages for the wrong keywords, and the rest of
your efforts may be a waste of time. Using various research tools, we determine
the best keywords for your site to use based on your target audience and supply
and demand [supply=number of competing web sites optimized for the same search
term; demand=number of recent searches performed in the major search engines
for that term] with the goal of finding markets with lots of searches but few
competing pages. Includes a report listing the best keywords, supply/demand
ratios, and a list of URLs of the competition for those words. We give you a
full report on our findings.

Meta Tag Creation
Based on the Keyword
Research we provide (or keywords given to us by you if we are not retained to
provide keyword research), we create META Tag information including Title,
Description, Keywords, Alternative and Robots text for each of your pages. This
non-visible information helps your positioning and the content will become a
valuable part of your Web site.
Page Optimization
We optimize all page
content to include accurate keyword density, all relevant text components and
images alternative text. Client must provide at least 200 to 400 words of
unique content per page optimized. If desired, WebDynamics can create such
content for an additional fee.

Link Building Plan
Linking Recommendations — $200.00
We research and provide a
list of recommended reciprocal and one-way linking partners, including relevant
directories where your Web site should appear. The client will be responsible
for contacting suggested link partners and requesting a reciprocal link
(WebDynamics will provide an e-mail template to be used in this effort).
WebDynamics can provide this service for an additional fee (see below).
Optional
Link Building Initiative (25.00 per linking partner)
Based on our linking
recommendations, we make contact with potential linking partners and
industry-relevant sites or portals. We track all link relationships (inbound
and outbound). This generally requires the addition of a "Links and
Resources" page on your Web site, with FTP access allowed to that page by
WebDynamics.
